Dr. Guo Chao (Alex) Peng is a Lecturer in Information Systems in the Information School at the University of Sheffield, UK. He holds a BSc in Information Management and a PhD in Information Systems. Dr Peng has more than 25 publications in the IS field in high-quality international journals, such as Industrial Management and Data Systems (IMDS), Aslib Proceedings, Journal of Manufacturing and Technology Management (JMTM), and Journal of Enterprise Information Management (JEIM), as well as in referred international conferences including Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences (HICSS) and Pacific Asian Conference on Information Systems (PACIS). One of his papers, published in the European and Mediterranean Conference on Information Systems in 2008, received the Best Paper Award. Dr. Peng is the co-founder and co-chair of the IADIS Information Systems Post-Implementation and Change Management (ISPCM) Conference. He also conducted peer review of submissions to more than 15 leading IS journals (e.g. Journal of Management Information Systems - JMIS, International Journal of Production Research - IJPR, and Behaviour & Information Technology - BIT) and international conferences (e.g. HICSS and PACIS).
